📊 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing full-cycle accounts payable operations
• Handling intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
• Processing high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Preparing weekly payment runs (ACH, wires, checks)
• Collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with regulations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong AP background with intercompany experience REQUIRED
• Experience in multi-entity environments preferred
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and compliance standards
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks (Paycom is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
