Production Operator

Our client in Saline, MI is looking for a Production Operator to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as the Project Manager

• Expertly operate plastic injection molding machines to produce and assemble high-quality roof rack components according to production schedules.
• Strictly adhere to detailed work instructions at each station, ensuring all assembly steps meet established engineering and quality standards.
• Perform essential shift duties, including completing daily start-up sheets and monitoring part quality to ensure consistent output.
• Utilize Andon signaling systems to immediately communicate and escalate any machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality deviations.
• Execute precise machine changeovers while maintaining 100% compliance with safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and immediate hazard reporting.

What we look for in a Project Manager

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• HS diploma or GED required
