Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Mechanical Assembler openings in Stacy, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Stacy, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical assembly of components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment

  • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and part specifications

  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, alignment, and quality standards

  • Prepare parts, hardware, and materials for assembly operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts and tools

  • Good manual dexterity and ability to stand for the duration of the shift

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
