Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Our client in Ypsilanti is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as the Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, acting as the internal "voice of the customer" to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Proactively identify and capture sales opportunities across parts, service, warranty, and product lines while providing timely responses to all product inquiries.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including processing quotes and purchase orders, communicating order status, and ensuring seamless fulfillment.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and support cases within the CRM and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and effective follow-up.

What we look for in a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the industrial equipment or aftermarket sectors. 
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with specific experience in Epicor highly preferred
• HS diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree preferred
