Temporary Sales Operations Support Job Summary: 

A growing consumer products company is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to assist with system cleanup, reporting accuracy, and process improvement within their Sales Operations team. This is a project-based opportunity focused on stabilizing workflows, auditing data, and supporting backend operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Temporary Sales Operations Support Responsibilities:

• Audit and clean up data within ERP systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Pull, review, and distribute reports that are currently behind or incomplete
• Support order processing and data entry across a high-volume, SKU-heavy environment
• Work closely with internal team members to understand current workflows and identify gaps
• Document processes and assist in building more consistent and reliable SOPs
• Assist with troubleshooting discrepancies related to reporting, commissions, and order data
• Provide general backend sales support to help the team get caught up and back on track

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm 
• $20-$25/hour

• Project-based role expected to last at least a couple of months

Temporary Sales Operations Support Qualifications:

• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or order management within a distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environment
• Strong experience working within ERP systems (Business Central or similar preferred)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with data and reports
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience working in SKU-heavy or high-volume order environments preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and improve processes
