Express Employment Professionals St Catharines is hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, influence company-wide quality strategy, and help scale operations for future growth. This role is for a mid-sized manufacturing organization, located in Beamsville. This is a full-time, in-office, permeant opportunity.

What You’ll Do

·        Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards

·        Partner with Operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives

·        Oversee QA processes including testing, defect tracking, and root cause analysis

·        Establish and track quality metrics to improve product performance and customer satisfaction

·        Lead investigations into customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions

·        Ensure all quality documentation and procedures are current and compliant

·        Develop training programs and support internal quality audits

·        Provide technical leadership in QA standards, tools, and best practices

What You Bring

·        5+ years of experience working with ISO 9001:2015

·        Strong background in manufacturing (metal or building materials preferred)

·        Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills

·        Experience driving process improvements and quality initiatives

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·        Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

·        Background in lean manufacturing environments
