We are seeking a dependable and hard-working 3rd Shift General Laborer to join our food and beverage production team. This role involves very active, hands-on labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working overnight hours, follows safety and food quality standards, and can handle physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.

Background Check Required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage production processes
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment (training provided)
• Monitor product quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety regulations
• Support production line efficiency by performing general labor tasks as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a cold, hot, or noisy production environment

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for overnight shifts
• Willingness to follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines
