Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Temporary HR Assistant for a professional office in the Flathead Valley.

Position: HR Assistant (Temporary – Part‑Time or Full‑Time)

Pay: $22–$23/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | PT or FT available

  • PT: 30‑minute lunch
  • FT: 1‑hour lunch
    Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR information
  • Order business cards, office supplies, and assist with administrative tasks
  • Upload documents and support digital file management
  • Process terminations and assist with employee record updates
  • Support the HR team with general office and clerical duties
  • Provide professional communication via phone, email, and in person

  • Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment

Experience

  • HR or administrative experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements
