Test Supervisor – Manufacturing (Full-Time)

We’re seeking a Test Supervisor to lead and support a dynamic production team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on operations, product quality, and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for digital and analog meter production, including oversight of the dial marking department
• Partner with Production Control to ensure on-time completion and delivery of products
• Take a hands-on leadership role, stepping in to support your team whenever needed
• Open and prepare the manufacturing facility each day for safe and efficient operations
• Champion and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Train and mentor team members in advanced troubleshooting techniques down to the component level
• Develop, maintain, and improve test procedures and documentation
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
• Report directly to the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or a related environment
• Background in electrical systems or instrumentation
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Strong knowledge of production tools and testing equipment
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
