Field Operations Manager

 

New South Fort Worth marketing company is seeking a hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead Fort Worth operation from the ground up. This is the first U.S. hire and that means you won't be stepping into a robust system that already exists. You'll be helping build it.

 

Early on, this role is managing the warehouse, operating the printer, fulfilling orders, and handling deliveries and installations personally. As the network grows and volume picks up, it will transition into a true management role - hiring and leading a field technician, overseeing production, and running day-to-day operations with autonomy. Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, print production, sign installation, construction, logistics, delivery routes, or field service is strongly preferred
• Prior experience managing or supervising others
• Valid driver's license and comfortable driving throughout the Fort Worth / DFW area
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Hands-on with tools - comfortable with both hand tools and basic power tools
• Organized and process-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks independently
