We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Schedule: 1st, 2nd & Midnight Shifts Available
Pay: $15-$20 – Night Shift earns the highest differential!

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to operate and maintain blow mold machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re mechanically inclined and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate multiple blow mold machines
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines to minimize downtime
• Communicate production updates and issues with team members
• Ensure all processes meet safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Prior machine operator experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid communication skills
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Commitment to safety and following all policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Continuous monitoring of machines and production processes
