Automotive Support Specialist - Brainerd, MN

Looking for a position where no two days are the same?

Key Duties: 

• Assist customers with parts, products, and service-related questions
• Support parts sales and help identify needed items
• Provide general mechanical or shop support as needed
• Help keep operations running smoothly across departments
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Work closely with team members to support day-to-day business needs

Requirements:

• Parts knowledge and/or experience in a related industry
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on repair experience
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt and assist in multiple areas
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
