Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: New Kensington
Pay: $35.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (Hours may vary based on operational needs)

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to support a growing manufacturing operation in Westmoreland County. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime through preventative and corrective maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to maintaining plant operations.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Oversee daily electrical maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability
• Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize production downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct safety audits and promote safe work practices
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance and equipment status
• Coordinate electrical upgrades, installations, and improvement projects
• Manage outside contractors and vendors as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing plant environment
• Exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery
• Standing, walking, and occasional lifting required
