Customer Service Representative

Location: Elm Hill Pike
Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay: $20–$21 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, friendly assistance
• Support customers with their accounts and general inquiries
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Communicate customer issues to the operations team for resolution
