A client of ours in Wilsonville is searching for an RMA Technician. You will support the lifecycle of faulty computer equipment by evaluating hardware issues, coordinating warranty actions, and ensuring the timely return or replacement of parts. This role focuses on hands-on technical assessment, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through with both vendors and internal teams.

This is an Evaluation-to-hire role.

Primary Duties
• Inspect and test desktop systems, laptops, and standalone components to pinpoint hardware-related issues
• Perform systematic troubleshooting to confirm failure type and warranty applicability
• Coordinate warranty return activities with various hardware manufacturers and suppliers
• Prepare detailed records including diagnostic findings, asset identifiers, and issue summaries
• Ensure components are safely packaged and shipped in line with vendor requirements
• Monitor open warranty cases, follow up as needed, and maintain current case status
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to communicate repair or replacement progress
• Organize and control inventory associated with failed, in-transit, and replacement hardware

Required Skills and Experience
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, system configurations, and failure diagnostics
• Prior exposure to warranty return workflows or manufacturer support processes is beneficial
• Comfortable using hardware testing methods and diagnostic utilities
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Capable of handling multiple cases at once while meeting accuracy and turnaround expectations

Pay: 19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
