• Possess knowledge and ability to promote all RPR Environmental services
• Interact with sales and operations personnel to ensure they have knowledge on customer feedback/service issues
• Handle & resolve customer complaints
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Take customer orders/confirmation and process accurately
• Assist with waste profile generation for customers
• Provide pricing and delivery information and generate quotes
• Invoicing assistance
• Provide customers with products and services
• Work with logistics to schedule pick ups
• Build new customers and maintain customer database
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel
• Follow up with customers on performance of service
• Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management

Education:

• Degree/diploma in chemistry or related field, or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Must have Knowledge of Windows 10 & Excel
• Maximizer, CRM, GPS would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
