Customer Service Representative

Located in Portland, OR

Salary: $20.00/HR

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for an assigned customer base
• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
• Develop pricing quotes and estimates
• Process product orders accurately and efficiently
• Send and receive job status updates and confirmations
• Track and maintain delivery schedules and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to learn and work within JDE Oracle system
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
