Responsibilities: 

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, questions, or concerns
• Help meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and order processing
• Maintain organized and visually appealing sales floor or workspace
• manage calendars 
• inbound and outbound calls

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
