Production Assistant Line Lead (2nd Shift) – Food Production | $24.50/hr | Monday–Friday

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local food production company to hire a Production Assistant Line Lead for a full-time 2nd shift position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or warehouse operations who are ready to step into a line lead or team lead role.

Pay & Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (full-time)

Key Responsibilities

• Train workers on production line tasks
• Read ingredients and count bags on pallets
• Place scoops in cans, jars, and buckets and secure lids
• Stack bags and cans of product from the production line
• Seal bags and cans of products from the line
• Bag product as it comes off the line
• Dump bags of product into equipment
• Sample product on lines as required
• Serve as designated Line Lead during absences

Qualifications 

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, assembly line, or warehouse environments preferred
• Ability to lead a team or step into a line lead role when needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production processes
• Ability to lift, stack, and handle production materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
