CNC Machine Operators - 1st and 2nd Shifts Available
Location: Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, and Mt. Prospect, IL
Pay: $20+/hr Dependent on experience level
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Our staffing agency is currently hiring CNC Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing clients. We have openings for entry-level operators, experienced machinists, and CNC setup technicians. These positions offer excellent opportunities to gain experience, grow your skills, and potentially transition into permanent roles.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment
• Loading materials and unloading finished parts
• Performing visual and dimensional quality checks
• Reading basic blueprints
• Making tool adjustments (for experienced candidates)
• Maintaining production standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of CNC operating experience 
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers 
• Blueprint reading 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
