Sous Chef

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Support menu development and ensure recipe consistency
• Lead, train, and coordinate back-of-house staff
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other departments for events and service needs

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ year culinary degree preferred
• 3+ years of culinary or kitchen leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
