Machine Operator / Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Pharr, TX

Pay: $11.50 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)

• Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

 

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating and monitoring equipment used to produce cleaning sponges, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work long shifts in a production setting.

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and consistency
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain performance
• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Meet daily production goals while minimizing waste and downtime

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
