Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor / Production Helper to maintain cleanliness and support assembly operations within a warehouse or production environment. This dual-role position ensures a clean, safe facility while assisting with basic production tasks during peak periods. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, break areas, and workspaces throughout the facility
• Remove trash and recycling and restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Assist with basic assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting of products
• Follow production guidelines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on the production floor
• Support team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Flexible to assist in different areas as needed
