Maintenance Technician

Located in Raleigh, NC

Salary: $22-$28 DOE

Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Pay: $22–$28/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone who is a true hands-on problem solver—a “jack of all trades” with experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.

Schedule:
1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Frequent overtime required; long days and workweeks are common.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Conduct welding and torch work as needed for repairs and fabrication
• Diagnose and repair issues with PLC-controlled systems
• Assist with fabrication and modification of parts/equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Working knowledge of:
  • Welding and torch operations
  • Electrical systems and troubleshooting
  • PLC controls
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics
  • General fabrication
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of maintenance tasks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
