Maintenance Technician, (Full-Time)

Locations: Marion, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: Preferred for occasional after-hours emergencies
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience and skill set)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and skilled Maintenance Technicians to support property operations at our Marion, OH location. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, able to troubleshoot and complete a variety of maintenance tasks independently and committed to maintaining a safe and well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Repair and install appliances as needed
• Complete unit turns, including painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, and punch work
• Conduct preventative maintenance and complete work orders efficiently
• Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
• Diagnose issues and resolve them with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; multifamily or student housing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills
• On-call availability is a plus
