Responsibilities of Materials Manager:

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO inventory to maintain accuracy and availability.
• Perform and supervise SAP transactions related to inventory, materials movement, and warehouse functions.
• Manage MRO inventory processes, including accuracy, replenishment, and stockroom oversight.
• Oversee mobile equipment inventory, usage, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and dock environments.

Requirements of Materials Manager:

• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or materials management
• Prior leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead diverse teams
• SAP experience preferred
• Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Schedule is Monday-Friday day shift
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
