Metal Building Crew

We are recruiting for a local construction company that is seeking a hardworking and reliable skilled construction laborer to join our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the installation and construction of PEMBs, which includes working on roofs, installing metal siding, framing walls, and pouring concrete. This is a physically demanding job that requires long hours and mandatory travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and construction of PEMBs, following detailed instructions from supervisors and foreman.
• Help erect steel frames, install metal siding, and roof panels.
• Pour and finish concrete slabs, including preparation work such as excavation, forming, and pouring.
• Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and hammers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Experience in construction or laborer work preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to travel and work long hours.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits:

Pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
