What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and load products with attention to correct mixtures and application rates
• Apply fertilizer, pesticides, and other chemicals accurately based on recommendations, weather, and field conditions
• Complete billing and close out recommendations
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Communicate professionally with growers, answering questions and providing excellent service

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred)
• Ability to safely mix and handle chemicals
• Comfortable performing physical tasks related to application and equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Longer hours during peak seasons (spring and summer)
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required, with ongoing random testing
• Commitment to following all safety protocols
• 90-day introductory period
• Licenses required for the role must be obtained within the introductory timeframe
