About the Role
In this role, you will take the lead in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting associates placed at client worksites. You’ll play a key part in ensuring positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both associates and client teams.
This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a flexible, independent work environment.
What You’ll Do
- Fill open job orders with urgency and accuracy
- Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Maintain a strong and reliable pool of associates
- Support associate engagement and retention efforts
- Conduct regular check-ins with client contacts regarding workforce needs
- Travel between worksites in Barron, Almena, and Eau Claire, as well as occasional job fairs

- Comfortable using basic office technology (laptop, scanner, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75+ miles regularly

Schedule
- Primarily weekday, daytime hours
- General availability Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM range)
- Flexibility within schedule based on candidate preference & workload/business needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to walk throughout job sites
- Ability to drive regularly between locations
