A 3PL company providing world-class customer service, seamless integrations, competitive pricing, and state-of-the-art inventory and warehouse management technology, supporting both domestic (all 50 states) and international shipping for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) clients is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Canoga Park.

 

Summary: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and high-quality order fulfillment while upholding our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Ensure all shipments meet quality and branding standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment. (as needed and trained)
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
• Follow company processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift and move packages. (typically up to 50 lbs)
