Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Location: Elizabeth, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and local customer deliveries. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and providing excellent customer service.

The right candidate will split time between warehouse responsibilities and driving to customer locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Perform local deliveries to customer locations in a company vehicle

• Verify orders for accuracy before dispatch and upon delivery

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Assist with receiving inventory and stocking shelves

• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries

• Follow all safety and driving regulations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a box truck or similar vehicle (non-CDL)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes

• Good communication and customer service skills
