Express Employment is looking for a Full-Time, HVAC Tech. This is a Long Term position.
Location: Orville, Ca
Pay: $20 - $30/hr DOE
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours.

Job Duties:

• Install heating/cooling systems, ductwork, and electrical components; ensure code compliance.
• Inspect, clean, and tune systems; check refrigerant and performance.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, fix leaks/airflow, handle emergency calls.
• Explain issues, give estimates, keep service records.
• Follow safety rules, handle refrigerants properly, meet regulations.
• Mechanical/electrical knowledge, problem-solving, attention to detail, basic computer skills.
• Indoor/outdoor work in homes or businesses; may include tight spaces, heights, and on-call hours.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.

 

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of current experience 
• HVAC training program or apprenticeship
• EPA certification (for handling refrigerants)
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
