Inside Sales Associate

Description
An Account Executive is responsible for helping customers select materials while providing professional customer service to fabricators and their clients. This role involves assisting customers in making decisions, efficiently processing and communicating information—including material names, images, sizes, and pricing—along with supporting inventory control. Strong computer and communication skills are essential. Our success depends on our ability to meet customer needs, and our goal is to consistently meet or exceed expectations to achieve shared success.

• Monday through Friday
• First shift

Requirements to be Considered for the Position:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Strong computer proficiency

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Build and maintain customer relationships by providing product knowledge and support
• Deliver timely and accurate quotes to fabricators
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Support the outside sales team with fabricators and customers as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory, and safety
