Duties:- Meet & Greet new customers, establish rapport, conduct needs analysis & create cost estimate- Show Homes- Design home plans to meet customer needs- Guide customer through the purchase process from contract to financing to home building to walk through and move-in- Work with financial institutes to obtain retail loans best suited for each customer
Experience:- Sales Experience (5 years)- Professional communication & relationship building skills- Exceptional organization skills- Highly motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team- Proficient computer skills- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to building sites.Pay is base salary plus commission!
