What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, and wire welding on structural steel, piping, machinery, and fabricated components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Operate grinders, saws, torches, and other power tools and fabrication equipment
• Weld and assemble aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Ensure structural integrity and meet project specifications
• Support general shop and field fabrication tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of welding experience (industrial or fabrication shop preferred)
• Experience with TIG/MIG/Stick welding on various metals
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team
