Aerospace supply company in north Fort Worth is adding a Sales Manager to join their team!

 

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5 years in a sales/CSR leadership role
• Proven ability to manage a sales team including KPIs and coaching
• Thorough understanding of order management in a distribution/manufacturing environment
• Excellent account management skills
• Strong ability mentor sales reps and push them to meet department goals
