Overview:  Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates with landscaping experience to support several reputable landscaping and property maintenance companies throughout Kitsap County. These roles vary by employer and may include maintenance, construction, hardscaping, and groundskeeping work.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

·         Lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing

·         Weed removal and prevention

·         Mulching, planting, and garden bed maintenance

·         Pruning shrubs, hedges, and small trees

·         Irrigation system assistance or basic troubleshooting

·         Hardscape labor support (pavers, rock work, etc.) depending on the company

·         Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely

·         General groundskeeping and outdoor cleanup

Requirements:

·         Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred

·         Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

·         Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor

·         Reliable transportation to job sites across Kitsap County

·         Strong work ethic and dependability

·         Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team

Pay: $18–$26/hour depending on job, company, and experience.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday schedules vary by assignment

Occasional overtime or weekend work depending on company needs

Both temporary/seasonal roles and long-term opportunities available
