Data Entry Clerk

 

 

Location: Bend, OR
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-time

 

Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with computers, can type efficiently and accurately, and enjoys keeping information organized. You’ll play an important part in maintaining clean, consistent, and up‑to‑date records.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update homeowner, lender, and property data into internal systems and spreadsheets
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting before input
• Verify information against source documents such as applications, lender forms, or property records
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure proper documentation for compliance
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors through routine audits
• Communicate with team members to clarify missing or unclear information

• Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of homeowner or lender documentation

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to use Zoom or other video‑conferencing tools
