Express Employment Professionals is hiring an IT Integration Technician I for a technology‑driven manufacturing company in the Flathead Valley.

Position: IT Integration Technician I

Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Install and configure IT‑related hardware according to CAD drawings and engineering specifications
  • Perform cable pulls, rough‑ins, rack installations, and equipment setup
  • Build and install rack shelves and components
  • Terminate and test data, audio, and radio cables
  • Install workstation faceplates, camera mounts, antennas, and rooftop hardware
  • Assist with basic soldering tasks
  • Work closely with the integration team to meet project requirements
  • Maintain accuracy, system integrity, and high‑quality workmanship

What You Bring

  • Basic understanding of computers, electronics, A/V systems, and multiband radios
  • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and CAD documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work well in a team environment

Experience

  • Experience with cable installation, hardware setup, or electronics is helpful
  • Basic soldering experience preferred
  • Hands‑on mechanical or technical background is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crawling
  • Regular use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment
  • Ability to lift and move 25–50 lbs
  • Ability to work in awkward positions and stand for extended periods
  • Strong vision abilities including depth perception and color distinction
