Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Overview:
A local apartment community is seeking reliable Cleaning Technicians to prepare units for tenants prior to move-in.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants

• Operate floor care equipment, including stripper and buffer

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to operate a stripper and buffer

• Clean background check

• Ability to pass a drug screen

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Starting pay: $13.50/hour

• Opportunity for this position to become full-time
