Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide excellent support to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions in the system

• Follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems efficiently
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic

• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
