Join our dynamic transportation team as a 26' Box Truck or CDL Driver and become a vital part of delivering excellence!

*****This is a contract position for driving twice a year driving and general laborer work in between. We are seeking drivers to deliver to schools from April - May and August - September. We offer general labor work during our downtime.*****

Hours: 7am - until last delivery

Pay Rate: $24 - $28/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 26-foot box trucks.
• Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
• Drive assigned routes confidently, managing delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer service
• Assist with freight securing
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type
• Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling and route driving
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or manual methods when required
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, vehicle maintenance procedures, and DOT compliance
• Experience operating specialized equipment, such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, is a plus
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
