Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and place customer and company orders
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Enter and track order details within the system
• Communicate with clients and customers via phone and email regarding order status and updates
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
