What You’ll Do

• Assist carpenters with wood framing, siding, doors, cabinets, and finish work
• Perform general labor tasks including material handling, organizing, and cleanup
• Support site prep such as excavation, snow removal, and landscaping
• Spread, shovel, and level dirt, gravel, and fill
• Assist with light scaffolding setup and teardown
• Assemble construction materials and finishes
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and public areas
• Work safely around equipment, chemicals, and active construction zones

What You Bring

• Basic construction or general labor skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong awareness of job site safety practices
• Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
• Dependability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of construction labor or related experience
• Exposure to framing or commercial construction is a plus
• Experience with tools and equipment preferred
• Equipment operation experience or certifications are a bonus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work at heights (ladders, scaffolding)
• Good hand and finger dexterity
