Mechanic Assistant

Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM 
Location: Based at shop; travel to local job sites and USA Parkway
Position Type: Safety-Sensitive

We are seeking a Mechanic Assistant to help maintain, repair, and modify equipment and vehicles. This role involves working in the shop and traveling to various job sites using a company-provided work truck.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment and vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Assist with custom fabrication and modifications
• Inspect equipment and identify repair needs
• Order parts and services as needed
• Work safely and collaboratively with the team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of heavy equipment repair experience
• Must provide own hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving between job sites
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work in all seasons
• Exposure to noise, moving equipment, fumes, and hazardous areas
