Location Laflin

Schedule:   Rotating 4-day work week with occasional 5-day work week. Depending on business needs. Off Sundays

 

Job Summary:
The Bagger Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring bagging equipment to package insulation products efficiently and accurately. This role ensures products are properly filled, sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bagging machines to fill and seal insulation products
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper weight, sealing, and labeling of bags
• Inspect finished bags for quality, including correct size, weight, and seal
• Stack, palletize, and prepare packaged products for shipping
• Keep work area clean and organized, removing excess material and debris
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report mechanical issues
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing plant setting with exposure to dust, noise, and insulation materials
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive motion

Schedule:

• Full-time; may require overtime, weekends, or shift work based on production demands
