Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator / Service Agent for a well-established company in the Flathead Valley.

Pay & Schedule

  • $18.00/hour
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No weekends

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Process policy renewals and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
  • Support daily office operations using Office 365 and standard office tools
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with general administrative duties and team support tasks
  • Help maintain a positive, service-driven office environment

What You Bring

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License – required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and general office equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Prior office/administrative experience required
  • Insurance or service-related experience preferred, but training provided
  • A customer-focused attitude and pride in your work are essential
