Position: Office Administrator / Service Agent

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Process renewals and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records
  • Support office operations using Office 365 and standard office software
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and help wherever needed
  • Contribute to a positive, customer‑centric environment
