Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker supports manufacturing and distribution operations by managing materials, preparing orders, and ensuring efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse. This role is essential in maintaining an organized inventory system and ensuring that off-road vehicle components—such as bumpers and related hardware—are handled, stored, and shipped accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect inbound materials, components, and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare off-road bumpers and accessories for outbound shipments.
• Safely handle and move large or heavy metal products using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Load and unload trucks according to safety standards and product handling requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are staged and available as needed.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Support other warehouse or production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50–75 lbs, including larger metal products.
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to receive certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory and order processing.
• Reliable, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Warehouse and manufacturing setting with exposure to metal parts, machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots required.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position with possible overtime based on production demand M- F 7:00 AM - 3:30 pm
