Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Event Setup & Assembly Associates in Oak Creek. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling event equipment, setting up and tearing down event materials, and supporting warehouse operations. This position requires hands-on work using tools and the flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble event equipment and displays using hand and power tools
• Set up and tear down event materials at various locations
• Load and unload trucks with event supplies and equipment
• Ensure all materials are properly organized and prepared for events
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous assembly and/or construction experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Reliable transportation required – must be able to commute to Oak Creek
