Concrete Laborer - $20.00/hr 

About the Role:
A construction project in Athol, Idaho is seeking Concrete Laborers with experience in form building and rebar installation. This position involves hands-on work in an outdoor construction environment, supporting the preparation and setup required for concrete pours. Ideal candidates have strong carpentry abilities, can accurately read a tape measure, and are comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
This is a Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour shift schedule with early start times and consistent work expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms
• Assist with rebar placement and basic tying
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials for form construction
• Support concrete pours and pre‑finish preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience with concrete form building
• Knowledge of rebar placement and tying techniques
• Accurate tape‑measure reading and layout ability
• Carpentry skills strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a physical, outdoor construction environment
• Reliable attendance and consistent work performance
